1. Definitions

For these Terms:

“NAMY STUDIOS,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means NAMY STUDIOS, operated by Grégory D. T. NAMY.

These Terms do not automatically govern RegnumLastSanctum.com, game accounts, Founder Packages, Influence Points, game crowdfunding payments, or game-related community systems unless those services expressly link to these Terms. Regnum Last Sanctum may be referenced on NAMYSTUDIOS.com as a NAMY STUDIOS project, but game-specific purchases and account systems should be governed by the dedicated Regnum Last Sanctum Terms of Service.

Professional client work, commissions, freelance services, business services, consulting services, or custom projects may be governed by separate written agreements, quotations, invoice terms, statements of work, or client contracts. In case of conflict, the signed or expressly accepted client agreement applies to the relevant client project.

It does not create a binding service agreement, quote, deadline, deliverable, partnership, employment relationship, or obligation unless confirmed in a separate written agreement.

7. Client Projects and Separate Agreements

Client projects may be governed by separate written agreements, quotations, invoices, statements of work, or email confirmations.

Such agreements may define the project scope, deliverables, deadlines, payment schedule, revision limits, acceptance process, cancellation terms, intellectual property transfer, usage rights, confidentiality, and other project-specific conditions.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, no work is guaranteed to begin until NAMY STUDIOS has accepted the project and any required deposit or initial payment has been received.

8. Payments, Invoices, and Taxes

Payments for Professional Services may be handled through bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal, invoice, or another payment method accepted by NAMY STUDIOS.

Payment terms, due dates, deposits, milestone payments, late fees, taxes, and currency will be specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, agreement, or written communication.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information where required.

Prices may include or exclude VAT or other applicable taxes depending on the nature of the service, customer location, tax status, and invoice details.

NAMY STUDIOS may suspend work, pause delivery, withhold files, or delay project progress if payments are late, incomplete, disputed, reversed, or not received according to the agreed terms, subject to applicable law.

9. Refunds, Cancellations, and Project Changes

Refunds, cancellations, and project changes for Professional Services depend on the applicable quote, invoice, agreement, or written project terms.

Because creative and digital services often involve custom work, planning time, research, design time, production work, or reserved availability, deposits or payments may be partially or fully non-refundable once work has started, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If a client requests changes outside the agreed scope, additional fees or timeline extensions may apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that may apply under Luxembourg or European Union law.

10. Portfolio and Case Studies

NAMY STUDIOS may display portfolio work, case studies, screenshots, videos, designs, graphics, game projects, branding materials, 3D work, web work, or other examples of creative work on NAMYSTUDIOS.com.

Portfolio content is shown for demonstration and informational purposes only. It may include work created for NAMY STUDIOS projects, personal projects, client projects, concept work, prototypes, or experimental work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, NAMY STUDIOS may reference completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, social media, and case studies, provided this does not violate confidentiality obligations or applicable law.
